Very well done! I was able to understand the fic without having to visit wikipedia or wherever to get more information. Love the dialogue in this as well.

This is very much an excellent piece of work. You did well in establishing it all very coherently, letting it be a stand-alone piece and without so much exposition this sort of writing would normally call for.

Characterizations are spot-on.

Also Enjolras and torture. It's so very "Are you doing anything yet?" I love it.
