Well *laughs* you already heard my complaints about the warnings.
I loved this story. Once you got into the mind-meld it was all gold. And I can tell you did a lot of research for this one. I mean, we've done star trek fic together before, but you were pulling on a lot that was unfamiliar to me. It felt very complete, and nicely alien.
And I just adored the emotions between those two. You know I'm a sucker for strong attachments and draws between people, one or two way (or more). And I loved the fire and hunger than this Enjolras had to bring his people back together. These are the souls that have stood with him through life and death. I loved the idea of them all having this strong pull to reunite. And obviously R there had it too, otherwise he wouldn't have been so swayed by it all. Beautiful emotional description. I loved how freaking scary and amazing Enjy was even in the midst of torture. I love how he turned the tables on R. And I loooooved the end, with him getting through to R and them running off to join the others. <3
