Customer service: the only profession where both those in it and those who have to suffer through it both loathe it and yet never seem to manage to make any productive changes.
I'm glad you're enjoying the story. It's ridiculous fun to write. I think I'm rather in love with creating worlds around this set of characters--they just ask to put in sticky situations that they can then claw their way out of.
