Please don't tell me you're a nurse when I'm looking at a giant necrotic open abcess on the side of your cat.

This is part of the reason I am always going to treat myself until I'm too sick to manage the calculations.  And given the invention of calculators, that's going to be when I'm on death's door.

(Don't worry, folks, I fixed kitty up.  It was actually a pretty fun surgery.)

Also, I have a weekend!  A full two days with no work!  Huzzah!

Yay weekend, though! Weekends are my favourite.

Kitty ended up being fine. It was more the "...why are you telling me that you *should have known better* than to wait this long" than anything else. I suppose it's better than the people who lie to me, but still...

Weekends make the world a much better place. Unfortunately I only get a full two days off every other week at the most. I just did two 6-day weeks in a row, so I am now dead beat and ecstatic to not be at work.

Weekends are what make the week endurable.
